She is survived by: her mother Rachel Leslie of Jacksonville, FL; her daughters, Monique (Marlon) of Texas, Nakia (James) of Ohio and Mishawn of Jacksonville, FL; her siblings, Michael Leslie West (Troy), Elizabeth, Titus Jamison, Joel, Ruth Byrd (Coyotito) and Paul (Debbie); her aunt Linda Agoro (Kunle); and her uncles, Ralph Leslie West (Sharon), Lamar Leslie of Albany, GA, Dwight, Samuel and Best (Phillis). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
