She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Thomas Barber and Henrietta Vetter Barber; and her husband Frederick "Grady" Foy. She is survived by: her children, Bridget Bass, Sean O. Foy (Elise) and Garrett Foy (Jessica); and her grandchildren, Zoe Foy and Reed Bass. She is also survived by other loving family members, friends.
