He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Kramer and Melissa Kramer; his siblings, Tyler, Brooke and Gabe Kramer; and his grandparents, John, Beverly Burke, Marc and Lynn Kramer. He is also survived by his family, friends, teachers and classmates.
