We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Sallie Westbrook Messina of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, born in Athens, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Messina. She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Kinicki (Robert) of Alexandria, VA, Linda Messina of Oxford, NC, Kathy Hippensteel (Scott) of Gurnee, IL, Lori Dillon (James) of Jacksonville, FL and Sallie Shaffer (Kenan) of Herndon, VA; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah Kinicki, Brittany Monreal, Ashley Snowberger, Dominick Dillon, Bailey and Brent Shaffer.
