He is survived by: his brothers, James and Ray Belcher (Patricia); his children, Michelle Riggs (Martin), Donna Saxe (Ryan) and John Belcher (Heather); and his grandchildren, Corey, Kyle, Desiree, Caleb, Marie, Blake, Noah, William, Renuka, Erika and Isaac.
