She was predeceased by: her parents, John Briody (Jack) and Rose Long Briody; her stepfather Patrick Sears; and her nephew John Briody. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Pietruski; her children, Kathleen Marie Pietruski, Lori-Ann Rose Helgeson (Daniel) and Robert M. Pietruski (Tracy); her grandsons, Roan and Jack Helgeson; her brother Raymond Briody (Theresa); and her nephew Raymond Briody Jr. (Dawn).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Wolfson Children's Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children.
