He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Mann and Louisa Mann. He is survived by: his children, Robert Mann, Jr. (Jennifer), Amber Smith, Crystal Mann, Lisa Mann, Jessica Mann and James Mann; his siblings, Ella, Darrel, James Mann and Nancy Smith; and his nephew Franklin Phipps (Joy Maines). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
