He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Steinmetz and Faith Steinmetz; and his brothers, Earl Steinmetz, Jr. and James Steinmetz. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Steinmetz of Interlachen; his sons, David Holdcroft of Interlachen, Andrew Holdcroft of Interlachen, Alexander Holdcroft of Interlachen and Samuel Ward of Palatka; and his brother Robert Steinmetz (Debe) of Smithville, TN.
