With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis M. Jones (Interlachen, Florida), who passed away on December 19, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Hodges and Della Taylor Hodges; her siblings, Marshall Hodges, Maxwell Hodges, Butch Hodges, Bradley Hodges, Martha Clark, Maxine Lang, Dodie Whitt and Susan Frazier; her grandson Michael Long; her daughters-in-law, Julie Fite and Sandy Fite; and her stepchildren, Kim Jones and Bobby Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Jones of Interlachen; her sons, Thomas "Tommy" Ziegelmeier (Sharon) of Interlachen, Steve Ziegelmeier (Debbie) of Georgetown, OH, Councilman Clayton Fite (Candy) of Amelia, OH, Ferd Fite of Goshen, OH, Fritz Fite of Hamilton, OH and Danny Fite (Rita) of Sardinia, OH; and her stepchildren, Hope Witt (Jerry) of Madera, OH and Jeffrey L. Jones of Reno, NV. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and loving friends.
