He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parks and Etta Elizabeth Fitch; his stepson Frankie Williams; and his siblings, LaGracia Tanner, LaGracia Fitch, Johnny Fitch and George Parks Fitch, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Virginia K. Fitch of Interlachen; his children, Charles Lawrence Fitch, Jr. of Millen, GA and Donna May Fail of Millen, GA; his stepchildren, Paul Mackey, Cindy Ware of Key West and Ouida Pent of Ocala; and his brothers, William H. Fitch of Interlachen and Robert Eugene Fitch, Sr. of Interlachen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
