With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Bennett Pettengill of Indialantic, Florida, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bennett and Therese Bennett (Brennan); her grandson Bradley; and her brothers, John, James and William Bennett.
She is survived by: her significant other Dr. Howard W. Pettengill Jr.; her children, Ann P. Roccon, Howard W. Pettengill III, James B. Pettengill (Barbara) and Ashley E. Galli (John); her grandchildren, Samantha Harrison (Brian), Brennan Bettin, Katherine Pettengill, Elizabeth NcGarby (Sam), Howard W. Pettengill IV, Wesley Pettengill, Randilyn Pettengill, Johnny Galli, Dominick Galli (Anna-Maria), William Galli and Charles Galli; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Chloe, Abigail and Rylan.
Together, they built their family on a foundation of traditional values wrapped in love, were dedicated partners and the best parents you could ask for.
