He is survived by: his parents, Pearl Andrews and William Clifford Ely; his wife Debra; his daughters, Kathryn (Trinidy), Khrystyne (Devin) and Alyssa Ely; his stepchildren, James, Courtney, Jessica and Ally; his grandchildren, Easton, Korey, Trinity, Kennedy, Kross and Haze; his siblings, Star, Antoinette and Jay; his aunt Nancy; his uncle Buster; and his nephews, Pops, Taylor and Ashley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces.
In lieu of flowers, we have set up a place to donate to support what Billy was passionate about: helping the homeless and addiction recovery.
