He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Thomas and Donna Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline C. Thomas; his children, Amy Lynn Lane (Adam), Jaclynn Marie Spainhoward and T. J. Thomas; his siblings, Penny Schreiber, Susan Lininger and Charles Thomas (Ginger); and his pets, Bogey and Katy Sue. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
