Nora Ferone Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Nora Ferone in Hollywood, Florida, born in Brooklyn, New York. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Nora Ferone to show support.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rose Serao (D'Ambrosio) and Anthony Serao; her former husband Nicholas J. Ferone; her stepdaughter Janet Ferone; her spouse Sachi Govindan; and her son Nick Govindan.

While she became unable to speak, she was aware of the love of her family and friends through many video calls during the pandemic. Although fully vaccinated, she was diagnosed with Covid and died a week later.

Four years ago, her health declined due to complications from shingles and Parkinson's disease and she was well cared for at her beautiful assisted living residence.
