He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Marie Herman Miller and William Jennings Bryan Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, William Cooke, Pamela Head (Harley Head) and John-David Cooke (Linda Cooke); his half-sister Ziegler Cooke of Nevada; his uncle Luther Cooke (Jacqueline Cooke) of Charlston; and his nieces and nephews, Madalyn Head, Hayden Head, Ashley Head, Sophie Head, Austin Cooke and Emily Cooke.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to The Wounded Warrior Project.
