He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen. He is survived by: his children, Gary Shanock and Nancy Archambault; his brother Robert Shanock (Trudy); his grandchildren, Rachel, Jesse and Kyle Archambault; his siblings-in-law, Doris Wolfberg, Felice Knauer and Gil Knauer; and his close friend Norma Freeman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
