Whitehurst (Elsa) of Jacksonville, Susan Gayle Simon (Patrick) of Camp Lejeune and Jeffrey Kern Whitehurst (Myrtle) of Pembroke Pines, Florida; her grandchildren, Melissa, Evonne, Christian, Jordan, Phillip, Brandon, Andrew, Justin and Nicholas; and her great grandchildren, Kaila, Ethan, Jayden, Joshua, Olivia, Hannah and Aria.
Due to COVID restrictions in place by the funeral home, a limited number of guests can be in attendance.
