He was predeceased by: his parents, John Womack and Viola Spruill Womack; his brothers, John Earl Womack and Rex Womack; his sister-in-law Carolyn; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Juell Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Wood Womack of Hilliard Florida; his daughters, Vicki Beckham (Chad) of Blackshear and Melissa Herrin (Levi) of Waycross; his grandchildren, Katelyn Crews (Rodney) of Kingsland, Todd Flannery of Yulee, Graci Beckham of Blackshear, Christopher Moore of Goose Creek, Rhett and Layton Herrin of Waycross; his great grandchildren, Jamie, Hadley Crews of Kingsland and Waylen Flannery of Yulee; his sister Patricia May (David) of Mississippi; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Womack of Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
