Pickett of Hilliard, Florida, born in Brunswick, Georgia, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Homer Hanner and Libbie Gertrude Herrin Hanner; her husband Laverne Pickett; and her siblings, Robert Hanner and Winifred Carlson.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Purdy (Ronnie), Glenda Crosby and Edward "Eddie" Pickett, Jr.; her grandchildren, Carmen Sarratt, Michelle Purdy, April Purdy Brandies, Emily Oliver (Jason), Ashley Crosby (Tim), Samantha Owenby (Mark), Dacey Pickett (Miranda) and Kent Pickett (Kerigan); her great grandchildren, Kayla, Alexis, Tristin, Lydia, Dawson, Hadley, Clay, Nixon, Riot, Lillyan, Hannah and Nathen; her great great grandchildren, Blake and Harper; and her brother Harley James Hanner. She is also survived by many nieces nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
