A. Hodges and Kenny Smith; and his nephews, Elton Harris, Jr., Burnette Harris, Shawn Harris, Danny Chesser, Neal Chesser, Ronnie Chesser and Steve Chesser.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Cowart; his children, Tammy Cowart, Tina Carroll (Bill), Jimmy Cowart, Jr. and Latasha Carter (Arliss); his sisters, Zona Jeanette Hodges and Betty Sue Smith; his siblings-in-law, Elton Harris, Grant Chesser, Maxine Everly (Johnny), Debbie Woehrle (Dean) and Caroline Harris; and his granddaughters, Sara Carter, Ansley Carter and Rylie Carroll.
