He is survived by: his wife Nancy Frankenberger of Hastings; his children, Billy Merchant (Carol) of Jacksonville, Robert Merchant of Hastings and Robin Simpson of Jacksonville; and his siblings, John Frankenberger (Judy) of Lebanon, IN, Jim Frankenberger (Joy) of Greenwood, IN, Roy Frankenberger of Sheridan, IN, Sharon Meyers and Barbara Parsons. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
