She is survived by: her mother Martha Sumrall; her brother Lawerence Sumrall; her niece Latisha Sumrall; her parents-in-law, Frank Verdell and Dorothy Verdell; her husband Frank Verdell, Jr.; her grandmother Ethel Cicero; her children, Steven Dewitt Jr., Kevis Verdell, Trevis Verdell, Freddie Freeman, Jr., Robyn Terry (Erich) and Tralisa Verdell; her siblings, Willard Williams, Clarence Sumrall, Rodney Sumrall (Kathy), Eddie Sumrall, Felicia Sumrall (Corry), Margaret Scavella (Sam) and Mary Jean Denson; her sisters-in-law, Tammy Verdell and Wanda Verdell; her grandchildren, Jayden Roberts, Taylor Humphrey, Kayden Humphrey, Evan Terry, Braylen Hamilton and Ji'ya Dewitt; and her close friends, Diane McMillan and Towanda Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
