He is survived by: his wife Dana Appleby of Hastings; his children, Kelli Nester (Rocky) of Hastings, Cassie Fleming (Lonnie) of Hastings, Ryan Appleby of St. Augustine, T. J. Appleby of St. Augustine, Justin Harris of Jacksonville and Adam King of Texas; his brother Raymond Appleby (Barbara) of Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Savannah Fleming, Guage Fleming, Isabella Harris, Danae Harris, Cassidy Griffin and Nola Nester.
