It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Borroni of Hallandale Beach, Florida, born in Columbiana, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samual Welsh and Sadie Buhecker Welsh; her husband Carlo Borroni; and her son Anthony Borroni. She is survived by: her children, Carla Borroni and Gregory Borroni (Jan) of East Palestine.
