He is survived by: his daughters, Celest, Amber and Jessie Lee; his parents, Bobbye Sandifer and Mitchell Welch; and his stepparents, Michael Sandifer and Mary Helen Welch. He is also survived by his 3 half sisters, and his 3 grandchildren.
