Bolton; his daughter Lisa Dorman (Alan); his brothers, Dwight Bolton (Paula) and Joe Bolton (Patty); his sister-in-law Jan Flegle; his grandchildren, Wesley Dorman (Elissa) and Macie Ray; his great grandchildren, Conor Dorman, Nolan Dorman, Olivia Dorman and Wyatt Dorman; his nephews, Tyler Bolton (Nichole) and David Gainey; his niece Dr. Tonya Bolton; his great-nephew Tatum Bolton; and his great-niece Maci Whitaker.
