She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Baynes Barker and Laura Alice Barker; her siblings, Wilbur Lee Barker of Hampton, Geraldine Spence of Lawrenceville and John B. Barker (Barbara) of Christiansburg; her former husband Bernard Kennedy; her daughter Patricia Kennedy Phillips (Howard) of Victoria; her husband Patrick Kennedy; her grandson Keith Phillips (Beth) of Victoria; and her great grandchildren, Noah Phillips, Jessie Phillips, Luke Phillips, Libby Phillips, Nolan Phillips, Wyatt Evans and Lydia-Marie Freese.
