She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Dean Simmons; and her sibling Gail. She is survived by: her father Clifton H. Simmons; her significant other Gordon Alfred Pitman; and her children, Donna G. Harwood, Vicki V. Westcott (Tom) and Randall G. Pitman (Dawn). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
