With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John William Whisler of Gulf Breeze, Florida, born in Manchester, Iowa, who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nixon Whisler and Lois Harmon Whisler; his sister Janet Whisler; and his wife Joanne Whisler. He is survived by: his sons, Jack Whisler (Jane) and Joe Whisler (Panayota); and his grandchildren, Yianni, Zachary Whisler, Paige and Carly Whisler.
