He is survived by: his wife Judy Upchurch of Gulf Breeze, FL; his children, Leigh Upchurch of New Orleans, LA and David Upchurch (Katie) of Canton, GA; his grandchildren, Ann Brannon, Tripp, Morgan Upchurch of Canton, GA, Leo and Lane Seago of New Orleans, LA; his brother Jay Moore (Debbie) of Dadeville, AL; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Head of Douglasville, GA and Jim Moore of Temple, GA; and his brother John Moore (Kyle) of Kennesaw, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
