She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Nicholas Bingheim and Marie Agnes Recker; and her siblings, John B., Thomas, Walter Ralph, Patricia Ann Henderson, Ruth Ann L. Streif, Mary, Bonnie Kay Tucker and Agnes M..
She is survived by: her brother Rickey Charles Bingheim (Deborah); her sons, Kenneth Murl Simmons, Jr. (Tonya Lynn) and Ronald James Simmons (Carol Ann); and her grandchildren, Niomi Tai Clifton, Brandon Simmons, Jamie Lynn Willis and Autumn Annette Simmons. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
