He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Burkhart and Kenneth Burkhart; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his children, Cory (Erica) and Christina; his wife Annette; his grandchildren, Pierce and Amelia; and his siblings, Dennis and Nancy Jones.
