“I did not know him, yet- Saw Jacob’s bench today at the pier. Sitting here now, watching his video, praying for his family and loved ones. I’m so sorry for your loss of this beautiful young man. I have young adult children also, and cannot imagine this heartbreaking journey. You have made it 2 years, and I pray God’s peace will continue to heal your pain, and help you rejoice in his gift of life. Thank you so much for placing a bench in his memory. Looks like the water absolutely gave him joy.”
