She is survived by: her son Dwayne Phillips of Jacksonville; her siblings, Cheryl Oralls of Glen St, Holly Merrett of St. George and Dennis Oralls (Elaine) of Macclenny; and her grandchildren, Austin, Amber and Kenneth. She is also survived by extended family members and bluegrass friends.
