He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Freddie Hicks and Velma Hicks; his wife Brenda Hicks of Gainesville, FL; his sons, Michael Hicks, Jr., Mark Hicks and Navy; his stepchildren, Eugene White of Jacksonville, FL, Maria Goston and ScheRhona Lewis (Eric); his goddaughter Naytaja Williams; his brother Mark Antonio Hicks; his niece Ashley Marlayna Hicks of Gainesville, FL; his uncles, Romeo Porcher (Jettie) of San Antonio, TX and Anthony Porcher (Maggie) of Miami, FL; his siblings-in-law, George Palmer, Jr. and Omega Wilcox of Nashville, TN; his cousins, Rodney Cooper and Demetrius Atkins; and his grandchildren, Skylar and Zaden Lewis. He was also cherished by other relatives and caring friends.
