She is survived by: her son Johnny Carl Blake, Jr.; her granddaughter Angela Michelle McKinney; her children, Johnnie Carl Blake (Hattie) and Wanda Blake (Alphonso) of Gainesville, FL; her grandchildren, Angela McKinney of Miami Florida, Korey White (Iris) of Clermont, FL, Karla Blake Howard (Johnathan) of Orlando, FL and Tonya Blake Bryant (Vernon) of Tampa, FL; her great grandchildren, LaStacia McKinney, Daija McKinney, Jarvis McKinney, Corey White, Kameron White, Malik White, Kaleb White, Leilani Hill, Jalani Hill, Sarai Hill, Saige Bush and Timothy Howard; her siblings, Robert Lyons (Patricia) of Gainesville, FL, Elizabeth Hudson of Gainesville, FL and Christine Harper (Dexter) of Atlanta, GA; her great-nephew Nicholas Thompson; her nieces, LaWanda Lyons and LaKetia Jackson; her godchildren, Charles Jenkins (Linda), Jose Brown, Kayla Ramos, Katrina Ramos and Korey McCloud; and her close friend Donna. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
