He is survived by: his wife Christina Page Mann; his children, Samantha Kurth (Holden), Brianna Alderman (Matthew), Caleb Mann (Lexi), Carson Mann and Brody Mann; his mother Beverly Pack Shives (Joel); and his sister Melanie Bonham (Zach). He is also survived by 8 grandkids, many aunts, unlces, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
