He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Parker and Ora Lea Parker (Estes); his siblings, Barbara Anita Barnhart (Parker), Gary Lee Parker and Phillip Estes Parker; his brothers-in-law, Paul J. Barnhart and Jacque E. Jones; and his nephew Harold Christopher Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne Parker (Sommer); his daughters, Stacey Ann Parker and Dr. Karen Parker Davidson; his stepson Jon Chuckery; his grandchildren, Emily May Parker, Zachary Connor Davidson and Ansley Grace Chuckery; his sister Shirley Rose Jones (Parker); his sister-in-law Joann Parker; his nephew William Edmond Jones; his nieces, Jacquelyn Sue Jones and Cheryl Lee Parker; and his pet Fritz.
