He was predeceased by: his grandfather Rev. R. A. Skipper; his nephew Aaron Skipper; and his aunts and uncles, Leroy Skipper, Veron Skipper, Nina Fralic, Rosie King and Elizabeth Skipper.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Skipper of Bartow, FL and Kristina Skipper of Fort Meade, FL; his parents, Norman Skipper and Jewel Skipper of Fort Meade, FL; his brothers, Gary Skipper of Lakeland, FL, Dennis Skipper, Norman Skipper, Jr. and West; his nephews, Jason Skipper, Jared Skipper, Ashton Skipper and Ben Skipper; and his niece Nikki Yates.
