She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Coulter of Fort Meade and Michelle Yates (Stephen) of Lake City; her siblings, Michael Coulter (Lanelle) of Fort Meade and Lucy Anderson (Bill) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Brittany Raebig (Daniel), Shane Coulter (Audrey), Lindsey Davis (Taylor), Ashlyn Garrett (Hunter), Meghan Yates and Amber Yates; and her great grandchildren, Caroline and Carly Coulter.
