She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howell and Grace Vanzant Howell; and her brother James Howell. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Sasser, Jr. (Sherri) of Fort Wayne, IN, Teresa True (Donnie) of Fort Meade and Susan Slay (Kenny) of Fort Meade; her grandchildren, Craig Sasser (Jodi), Clay Sasser, Caitlyn Sasser, Dasha Sasser, Josh True (Jessyca), Rebecca Mathews (Howie), Kendrick Slay, Connor Slay and Chase; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Lilly, Harper, Reagan, Lindyn and Roman.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Fort Meade building fund.
