He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wagner and Edna Wagner; his wife Marge; and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his children, Frank Wagner (Ann Zore) of Indianapolis, Donna Wagner-Keil of Destin and Dawn Scott (Jeffrey) of Stuart; his grandchildren, James Wagner, Brian Wagner, Joshua Keil, McKenna Keil, Jessica Lauren and Kailyn Marie Scott; and his sister-in-law Audrey Wagner of Edgewater.
