She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Knox Richter and Richard F. Richter; and her husband Thomas Mitchell Eubanks. She is survived by: her son Matthew Richter Eubanks (Hillary) of Clewiston; her brother Steve Richter (Julie) of East Palatka; her brother-in-law Kenny Eubanks (Susan) of East Palatka; and her grandchildren, Wyatt, Brandon and Tucker. She is also survived by other loving relatives and close friends.
