He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Blevins and Lona Blevins; his son Michael Charles Blevins; his siblings, Clifford Blevins and Joyce Asbury; and his grandsons, James Blevins, III and Brian Green.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Blevins of East Palatka; his children, Jim Blevins, Jr. of East Palatka and Regina Pietrzak of South Barrington, IL; his siblings, Bob (Oakie Blevins), Clarence (Mary Blevins), Alline Litton and Liz Lydick; and his brother-in-law Dennis Laverty. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great great granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests everyone wear a facemask and practice social distancing.
