He is survived by: his wife Susan Hovorka of East Palatka; his children, Terri Williams (Keith) of East Palatka and Jeff Miller (April) of Ft; his siblings, Paul Hovorka (Rae) of Houston, TX, Danny Hovorka (Laurie) of Salem, OH, Barbara Keusen of Ridgeville, OH, Catherine Hovorka of Medina, OH and Margie Rowe of West Lake, OH; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Williams, Stephanie Williams, Brayden Miller and Zachary Miller.
