He was predeceased by: his former wife Emma Lou Mills; his daughter Kay Haltiwanger; and his sister Elsie Stacey. He is survived by: his wife Jean Mills of East Palatka; his children, Robert Mills of Orange Mills, David Mills (Donna) of Indiana and Jackie Mills of Arkansas; his stepchildren, Jeannie Johnson (Donald) of San Mateo and Kevin Tenney (Gail) of Federal Point; his grandchildren, Michael Mills, Natalie DeLoach (Clifford), Nick Johnson, Logan Tenney, Johnny Joyner (Brittany), Bobby Holly, Tonie Hammond (Robert), Jennie Beeler and Shannon Graves; and his great grandchildren, Erin Duncan, Kendra Hammond, Micah Hammond, Christopher Hammond, Khlina Douglas, Hazel DeLoach, Halle Byers, Brayden Byers, Colby Graves and Kendell Graves.
