He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Borislow and Thelma Borislow (Kuperstein); and his son Daniel Borislow. He is survived by: his wife Judee; his close friend Judee M. Bavaria; his son David Borislow MD (Mary Lee); his grandchildren, Jaimie (Patrick Hooper), Jeffrey and Jared (Leah Sweet); his children, Michael Borislow, Jessica, Lauren (Josh Dollinger), Andrew Borislow and Meridith Consor; his grandsons, Alec and Everett; his daughter-in-law Michele Borislow (Luff); his grandchildren-in-law, Daniel and Kylie; his former wife Roberta Ritchie; his siblings, Dr. Alan (Susan), Seymour (Lynn) and Arlene Monroe Freedman; his great grandchildren, Thomas Hooper and Asher Dollinger; and also Alyssa Borislow (Brody). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
