She was predeceased by: her husband Howard B. Stalnaker, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Steve (Glenda), Janey Becnel (Mark) and Kent (Debbie); her grandchildren, Mike, Doug, Ashley, Aubrey, Katie and Blake; and her great grandchildren, Izabel, Emma, Jackson and Adrien. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Fran's family asks that memorials be made in her name to Disabled American Veterans or St. Jude.
