He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Durfee; his stepchildren, Michael Mitchell (Robyn) of Deland and Alison Lee Dash (Philip) of Lake Pannosofkee, Florida; and his siblings, Rick Durfee of Houston, Texas. and Betty Ann Logan.
