He was predeceased by: his parents, Gedeon Tanguay and Marie Louise Tanguay (Pare); his sister Julie Tanguay-Doughty of Westbrook; and his children, James Allen Tanguay of Portland and Michelle Lynn Tanguay-Brown of Lewiston.
He is survived by: his sister Lucille Sullivan-Tanguay of Malden, MA; and his children, Carolyn Tanguay-Townsend of Florida and David Tanguay (Christina Kimball-Tanguay) of Auburn. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
